Qualification Recognition
In relation to Tier 4 (General) Student visa applications, paragraph 309 of the Guide to Sponsoring Students Under Tier 4 of the Points-based System (valid from 5 September 2011) states that courses must lead to an approved qualification. The UKBA definition of an approved qualification includes those that are, in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, on the Register of Regulated Qualifications http://register.ofqual.gov.uk/ at QCF or NQF level 3 or above. The majority of standard qualifications offered by ABP are awarded by our sister body, the Association of Business Executives (ABE) and appear on the Register of Regulated Qualifications at QCF level 7
