After ABP

Association of Business Executives (ABE)

ABP enjoys a special relationship with the Association of Business Executives (ABE). Whilst standard ABP short courses are based on industry requirements, they also prepare learners for longer and higher level programmes of study. For example, an ABP short course in Sales & Marketing (40 learning hours) should act as an excellent ‘taster’ for the longer ABE Certificate in Marketing (400 learning hours).

Completion of any ABP programme allows the learner to become a ‘student member’ of ABE at a reduced rate (25% discount). For information on the benefits of ABE membership, see www.abeuk.com/registration/membership.

By completing single-ABE unit qualifications (awarded by ABP), students can obtain exemptions from full ABE qualifications – great for those who aren’t sure they want to commit to longer ABE qualifications and to degree programmes (awarded by globally recognised universities).

Employment

Given that, wherever possible, ABP qualifications are based on the very latest occupational standards, holders of ABP qualifications should be confident that they have acquired knowledge, skills and understanding desired by industry and that they will be well-placed to meet the needs of potential employers.
