It produces high quality learning resources to enable individuals and businesses to improve their standards of customer service and works worldwide with organisations as diverse as Accenture, Unilever and the English Tourism Council.

Customer 1st gained accreditation from ABP for its Award for Customer Service Professionals and its Award for Customer Service Managers.

'Finding a customer focused awarding body, which could support us globally was crucial for the success of our company. We soon identified ABP as the perfect solution. Their support has been outstanding, they deliver what they promise, they are very professional and have exceeded our expectations. We have over 2000 participants from one organisation at present and ABP manages to offer a personal touch, nothing is too much trouble. ABP are approachable, accurate and customer-centric all vital components for the success of our awards.' Stephanie Edwards, Managing Director of Customer 1st International.

Benett International College

'I would like to place on record my sincere appreciation of the way you have conducted business with us. It is very rare to find such high standards of sincerity and trust-worthiness in the world of business today.

I would also like to mention unless I would not have received the co-operation from the Association of Business Practitioners, this perhaps would not of been possible to develop high standards in candidate support for the future . . . It would be our pleasure to do business with ABP in the future.' Altaf Khoso, Programme Leader, Benett International College

London College of Management Studies

ABP accreditation of the London College of Management Studies (LCMS) in house diploma programmes made an agreement with the University of Gloucestershire possible. Holders of the ABP accredited LCMS diploma are now afforded 75 credit exemptions from the University of Gloucestershire MBA programme (180 credits).

'Obtaining ABP accreditation of the LCMS Diploma has enhanced the quality and credibility of the programme and the exciting new progression route facilitated by ABP has resulted in the programme becoming even more popular than ever!' Dr Datta, Vice Principal, LCMS
